we ship worldwide. Each piece is handmade to order and takes 9-12 months to complete and ship. Shipping costs are determined by the shipping method chosen and destination. kp is not responsible for duties and taxes that may apply upon entering the destination country. Your package will be shipped with tracking information, which will be sent to you via the email address on your order the day it is shipped. under no circumstances will kp be held liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items once package has been shipped. Due to COVID-19, carrier policies are changing; FedEx may not require a signature upon delivery. For more information, please see the policies for Fedex. Please make arrangements for someone to be at the shipping destination during the scheduled delivery time once you receive tracking information.
